SPIT BRAAI'S - MINIMUM 40 PEOPLE
Lamb on the Spit:
This is a traditional Lamb Spit, which is cooked on a charcoal Spit Braai.
The lamb is basted while cooking with a mint and herb marinade. The Lamb is then carved and put into Heated Serving Units.
De-Boned Meat on the Spit:
This is meat that has had the bone taken out of it and then cooked on the spit; it looks very similar to a giant kebab whilst cooking. Once cooked it is thinly sliced and put into serving trays. This is the more popular option of the two spits.
